As part of our Human Resource Development initiatives, the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, is launching the 2019 Post-Graduate Foreign Scholarship Programme to provide Niger Deltans with relevant training and skills to enable them to effectively participate in the Federal Government’s Local Content programme and compete globally in various professional fields.

DURATION : From the date of publication, all completed applications must be submitted by October 30th, 2022.
How to apply for NDDC scholarship 2022 and 2023?
Application must be made online at the Commission’s website (www.nddc.gov.ng) with the following attachments:
- A recent passport photograph.
- Letter of Identification for the Local Government.
- Postgraduate admission letter from a reputable overseas university.
- Certificate of Discharge/Exemption from the NYSC.
Is NDDC recruiting?
Currently, the NDDC 2023 recruitment form will be available soon, and recruitment has yet to begin. According to reliable sources, NDDC will soon begin a massive recruitment exercise in which the portal will be open and applications will be accepted.

NDDC scholarship 2022 and 2023 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have the following skills:
- First Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class-Lower Division for those wishing to pursue a Master’s Programme.
- Applicants must have been accepted into a Postgraduate Programme in any of the above-mentioned disciplines at a Foreign University.
- Applicants who have already enrolled in universities abroad are not eligible to apply.
- Written consent to the applicant’s good behavior from any of the following members of the applicant’s Community/Clan.
a) Member of the National Assembly/State House of Assembly
b) Chairman of the LGA
c) First Class Traditional Ruler
d) High Court Judge
- Individuals with evidence of cult membership or a criminal record will not be considered.
- Applicants must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
