Scholarship eligibility requirements:
To be considered for the Arkansas Tech University Excellence Scholarship, you must:
- Possess a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.25.
- Be willing to live on campus during their undergraduate studies.

- current high school transcript with GPA, and
- two letters of recommendation.

- All freshman academic scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis. A scholarship file must be complete and received in the ISS on or before March 31 for Fall semesters, or September 30 for Spring semesters.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Over the four-year period of undergraduate study, recipients will receive up to $36,000.
- This funding is distributed in installments of $4,500 per semester for a total of eight semesters or until the completion of an undergraduate degree, whichever comes first.
- Scholarships are awarded for consecutive fall and spring terms and do not cover summer terms.
- This ensures that recipients have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the academic experience, engage with faculty and peers, and make the most of their time at Arkansas State University.
