Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships enable talented students from across the Commonwealth to earn a degree while learning new skills, living in another country, and expanding their global networks.
Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholars help bring about positive change and find solutions to the shared challenges we face, both in their home countries and those that host them, through cultural exchange and academic collaboration. Scholars will help shape the Commonwealth network’s future as active members.

Value of Award: Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for cultural exchange and academic collaboration in diverse settings around the world.
The following are examples of award allowances:
- Tuition fees are fully funded.
- Stipend for living expenses (stipend) for the duration of the award Return economy flight
- a one-time arrival allowance
- Grant for Research Support (on request)

Eligibility for Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships for Commonwealth Students in 2023 :
Applicants must be citizens of (or have refugee status in) a Commonwealth country other than the host country.
Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree with a 2:1 or higher.
If English is not your first language, you must provide proof of your proficiency.
