Scholarship eligibility requirements:

Scholarship Application Guidelines:
- Applicants must be doctoral candidates at a U.S. graduate school, regardless of citizenship.
- They should have completed all pre-dissertation requirements by June 1 of the award year and must propose a research project focused on education.
- Only individual applications are accepted.
Applicants must submit an individual application, including a detailed plan for completing the dissertation within one or two years.
