SCHOLARSHIP: University of Reading AfRES, UK International Scholarship for Postgraduate | Masters Students
University of Reading AfRES Scholarship is offered by the Henley School of Business to eligible students from African origin to support their pursuit of a Masters degree at the institution.
The MSc Real Estate programme will enable you to understand the workings of real estate markets and appropriate techniques applied in them. You will gain the key skills necessary to embark on a wide range of careers in the global real estate industry.

Scholarship eligibility requirements:
To be considered for the University of Reading AfRES Scholarship, you must:
- have an offer to study one of the Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programmes at the University of Reading before applying for a scholarship.
- hold a Bachelor’s degree
- be an African domiciled on the continent
- have not previously studied outside their home country.
- apply for the scholarship before the deadline
- meet the requirement for a Masters degree at the University of Reading
Scholarship Application Guidelines:
To apply for the University of Reading Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should follow the procedures below;

- Shortlisting and selection are based on academic merit and the candidates’ responses to the questions in the application form.
- You can only apply for the scholarship when you have received an offer (conditional or unconditional).
- When you view your offer in the hub you will see the link to apply for scholarship(s) relevant to your offer.
- If offered a scholarship it must be accepted within 4 weeks of the scholarship offer date. After this deadline, scholarship offers may be withdrawn and reallocated.
