Scholarship eligibility requirements:
To be considered for the Swansea University EPSRC Scholarship, you must:
- hold an undergraduate degree at 2.1 level in a relevant, closely-related discipline to the program being applied for, or an appropriate master’s degree.
- Satisfy the English Language requirements of Swansea University.
Applicants should have:
- A strong background in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and Knowledge Discovery computing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer solution research, development, and evaluation skills.
- Excellent academic writing skills.

- Email pgrscholarships@swansea.ac.uk with your student number and the relevant scholarship RS code (Each Scholarship project has its own RS code), requesting that the start date be amended to match the advert.
- Admissions staff will then update your application accordingly.
- One application is required per individual Swansea University-led research scholarship award; applications cannot be considered listing multiple Swansea University-led research scholarship awards.
Scholarship Benefits:
- This scholarship covers the full cost of tuition fees and an annual stipend at £20,780 for four years.
- Additional research expenses of £1,000 will also be available.
