Scholarship eligibility requirements:

  • Eligible Countries: Open to students of all nationalities
  • Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded to students pursuing studies in biomedical sciences.
  • Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Be enrolled in an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD program.
  • Demonstrate an interest in and potential for conducting research in pediatric hematology or pediatric oncology.
  • Must not have received any other scholarships or grants for the upcoming academic year.
  • Exhibit strong academic performance, outstanding character, and well-defined professional goals.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in an MD, PhD, or MD/PhD program and demonstrate a strong interest and potential in pediatric hematology or pediatric oncology research. Candidates must have an outstanding academic record, strong character, and well-defined professional goals.

Scholarship Application Guidelines:

Scholarship Benefits:

  • MD students: Up to $7,000 applied toward tuition.
  • PhD and MD/PhD students:
    • Up to $5,000 as a one-time stipend pay increase.
    • $2,000 for research expenses, allocated as follows:
      • $1,000 for travel to scientific meetings.
      • $1,000 for lab supplies.
  • The award will be distributed starting July 1, 2025.
  • Awardees must submit a one-page summary detailing how the funding has impacted their academic and research progress, signed by their mentor.
